We respond to all email inquiries within 24-48.  Most  emails are replied the same business day.

During our first 2 years in operation, we also provided support to our clients through a telephone representative. However,  since approximately 98% or more of the inquiries came to us through email, we found it impractical retain this service: we’ve thus preferred to pass on the savings to our clients.
